10 Foods That Promote Hair Growth

I know I should tell you guys this because I love you all, “your healthy hair isn’t limited to products”. Hear me out please, I’m sure you’ve heard of the statement, “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT”, well it applies to you hair too. Permit me to rephrase that to “Your hair is what you eat”. You need to eat healthy to get that healthy hair going. Your hair needs nutrients, vitamins, proteins, any healthy food component you can think of.

Let’s look at some of the foods that could boost your hair growth.

Eggs

Your hair is made up of mostly of protein, therefore it is important to eat adequate protein in order to replenish your hair and promote hair growth. Eggs are important for hair growth because they contain a host of vital elements that aid hair growth.

Eggs contain a good amount of protein and vitamins such as biotin which are needed to promote hair growth. Biotin which can be found naturally in egg yolks is also called vitamin B7, it is a water soluble B-vitamin and is an important component needed by the hair for its health and growth. It also promotes hair thickness and shine.

Avocado
